The project was shaped by the idea of avoiding contact with the surrounding eclectic houses. This became possible through designing an inner patio in the the planning structure of the house. The architecture is formed as a white cube-like structure with an enclosed patio area. In contrast to the solid external facade, the outer perimeter of the patio is completely glazed. All main rooms of the house meet here: the hall, the living room, children's rooms, wide corridors, which function as art galleries. The project has been awarded the Voluta prize by the NUUA.
