Reconstructed building is the "Engineering Building", built as part of the Kyiv Machine Tool Factory. Despite the lack of historical significance, we decided to keep the overall proportions and rhythm of the windows of the first four floors. The facade of added floors was interpreted more freely. NEOLITH quartz ceramics with the dimensions of 2.7x1.5 m were chosen as the main facade material. Large format increased the scale and perception of the facade elements. The building is the first stage of renovation of the territory of the factory and we have designed 5 more buildings for it.
