This miniature housing complex was designed for a group of friends who had decided to become neighbors. The site is located in the picturesque Ivankovychi village, South of Kyiv. Three single-floor detached houses of clean-cut shapes are specifically designed to meet the individual needs of their future inhabitants, and are united by a single architectural idea. There is also a shared area, which consists of several parking spaces, a guesthouse and several sports facilities: a gym, a spa, a volleyball field, and an outdoor area for ping-pong.
